3) Review thesis statement format
Homework: Read p. 7-10. Underline two descriptive sentences or phrases that show the contrast between descriptions of Tom and the women in the room on p. 10.

IC: Write a Thesis/ Write a Paragraph
SWBAT:
1) Write a thesis and body paragraph that includes both textual analysis and literary argumentation.
2) Explain how the way character's justify terrible acts contributes to an interpretation of the play as a whole.
3) Write a thesis as a class.
